5's Pro29! Amateurs has been developed to provide amateur football players a coordinated step-by-step off-season strength and conditioning program to achieve maximum results for the season. In conjunction with the in-season program, the off-season program will give the final step to year round training. If year round programs are not enforced then the strength, endurance, agility, speed and flexibility gained during the off-season will be lost.
